Giving Book Day is a vocal advocate for reading and learning. Join us in helping children develop a love for books.
Giving Book Day
We want to build mobile libraries for underserved areas around the world. For communities that don't have access to libraries and the Internet, our mobile library helps them to nurture their love for reading and building literacy skills.
Thanks for your support! Because of you we are combating bullying, learning math skills, reading biographies, learning about animals, studying economics, improving our language arts, enjoying fairy tales and so much more!
Reading is good for our brains and our imagination. Share a fiction or non fiction book with others.

LEADERSHIP SPARTANBURG PROVIDES BOOKS FOR ALL AGES
With help from Barnes and Noble we continue to provide communities with different types of books. These include college preparatory, fiction, non-fiction and textbooks.
Thanks to the tremendous support from Leadership Spartanburg (a group of community leaders affiliated with the Spartanburg Chamber of Commerce), we delivered books to several communities. The generous donation benefitted readers across different genres.
Join us throughout the year in distributing books to those who need it the most! Check out our
